The Housing Alliance of North Dakota is a statewide network established to identify and address the diverse unmet housing needs in North Dakota.

Ensuring every North Dakotan’s access to a decent, safe, affordable, accessible place to live.

- Statewide network;
- Grassroots - local focus with statewide coordination;
- Diversity - wide variation of needs statewide;
- Inclusive - open to address any/all unmet housing needs;
- Flexible - needs and challenges change;
- Recognize that “Community” has a multifaceted definition/meaning;
- Address both rural and urban; and
- Need and Choice Focused – identify needs and priorities.
