Purpose/Function:

• To develop, refine and establish the organization’s legal, governance and staffing structure
• To develop and implement a funding plan for the sustainability of the HAND
• To develop, implement and monitor a grants database
  
• To coordinate, secure and monitor the resources needed to secure funding for housing projects and initiative throughout the state
  

Potential Tasks and Activities:

• To identify potential organizational structure and assist in its establishment for HAND
• To explore grant and other funding options and implement a process to secure needed funds and other resources for the sustainability of the organization
  
• To develop a grants/services database and establish a process for collaborating with HAND members and others in project and service initiatives
  
• Secure a grant to hire the necessary staff to coordinate and sustain the organization and its mission (Bremer, Bush, FM Area, Dakota Medical, etc.)
